Hot Chocolate and Barry

Barioth are still my favourite species on Monster Hunter Tri. I doubt they'd make very good pets... but in a make believe scenario I think if I had a Barioth he probably would like hot chocolate as it must get cold out there in the tundra.

Anyway back to seriousness this image was inspired by watching marshmallows melt in my hot chocolate. Tried to make it a little more interesting by adding Barry. Drew it out in pencil on A4 paper, scanned it onto a computer, traced over the line-art in Photoshop using my old and trusty Wacom graphire and coloured in various layers.

I hope to achieve the onlooker feeling the warmth being emanated from the cup against the fur.
